Scentos ~ Scented Markers ~ Product Review

Smelly vision would be fantastic now but
unfortunately we don't so you'll just have to believe me.

In this pack you get;
  • PACK OF 8 WASHABLE SCENTED MARKERS
  • 8 COLOURS AND SCENTS
  • NON TOXIC
  • BRIGHT COLOURS

The 8 scents are:
Red - Strawberry
Orange - Orange
Yellow - Lemon
Green - Apple
Blue - Blueberry
Purple - Grape
Pink - Watermelon
Dark Purple - Blackberry

And Little Red tried the guessing game and with a resounding yes
they do really smell like they are meant to.

We tested each different colour on different pieces of paper
and then smelled them.

Benji even got in on the act :-)

The thing we also loved about the markers
was they were brilliant and bright.
They have a good range of colours
and they are of a good size for children to use.
They are good fun and Little Red is using them
to make things for his friends.
We'll have to see if they can guess
the scents :-)

Scentos ~ Scented Dough ~ Product Review

I really wish the internet had smell-a-vision!
I can't really do the product justice
without you being able to smell it :-)

The pack comes with four different smells & colours.
 Green (Apple)
Red (Strawberry)
Pink (Watermelon)
Blue (Blueberry)

I can honestly say Little Red
loves playing with them!!!

First of all we had the smell test to see if he could recognize the colour.

Then it was straight down to playing

I can honestly say that there isn't any difference from normal good quality dough
except for the fact that it smells beautiful.

In the pack you get four tubs of fruit scented
modelling dough in a tube.

Each pot is approximately 5cm x 5cm x 4cm in size.

Inside each tub is approximately 28g of moulding putty
that can be used to make models and shapes.

The dough carries a strong fruit flavoured scent that matches its colour.

We are still playing with the scentos dough
and I am sure that Little Red will play with it
for a long time to come.
The great thing is it still smells of fruit.
Little Red's only negative is mum won't let him mix the colours together.

MAGICIANS CASE 58 TRICK SET ~ Product Review

Me and Little Red have had the most amazing
half term.
We've had such fun and this magician's trick set has been a huge
part of that!

You will be amazed what you get in this one box.

Tobar have put together the most amazing
collection of tricks that most children (and adults)
will be able to perform.

Little Red is at the moment trying to learn the tricks
off by heart so he can put together his own magic show.

As soon as you open the box you are amazed with the
amount of tricks and props that are held within.

Within the box is also included full instructions
to help you learn each of the tricks.
There are pictures to help you on your way as well.

The instructions make it easy for you to understand
how to perform the tricks.

Little Red struggles with his dyslexia
but after showing him what to do a few times
he soon understood the trick.

I couldn't recommend this set enough.
There is so much packed in that will keep
everyone entertained for hours.

Little Red is currently learning the cup and balls kit.
He has it mesmerized but he wants to make sure
he can do it perfectly before showing it to all the family.

He is planning his own magic show.

I am completely amazed by this kit.
I am also amazed by how easy it each to follow each of the tricks.
Some may take a little more learning than others
but each of the tricks are quick enough to keep any child entertained.

You'll be seeing lots more of this toy!
Little Red keeps wanting to get it out and play with it!

Slot together clockwork aircraft ~ Product Review

Tobar have a set of toys out that not only can you put them together
you can also play with them afterwards.

I wouldn't say the actual putting of them together is suitable
for all ages of children.
They can be a little tricky and tough to click together.
However once they are built they are suitable for any child 6+.

In the box you get everything you need to make your plane

As you can see each of the plastic pieces are on sheets.
It's best not to remove the pieces until the instructions say
so or you can get confused which piece you need.
The letters are marked on the pieces.

I also found it handy to have a blunt pin
so that you can pop out any small pieces that aren't
coming out naturally.

The instructions are easy to follow
and the pictures are clear and easy to understand.

You do have to be careful that you put the pieces in the correct place
and in the correct direction.
Some of the pieces can break if you try to remove them again.

As long as you follow the instructions step by step
the plane isn't too difficult to put together.

Little Red wasn't able to make the plane himself
but after my husband had made it, he sure enjoyed playing with it.

There are a variety of design's to choose from.
Why not buy two or more and have some wind-up races.
